Our Promise

At Fortitude, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
To start a return, contact us at support@fortitude.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for size, color, etc.), please contact us — we’ll guide you through the process quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (like opened personal items or final sale products) cannot be returned. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
